The senior-led model
Engagements remain senior-led: the people who assess the problem are the people accountable for the solution. Additional capacity is added through delivery partnerships without separating technical decision-making from implementation accountability.
Enterprise experience behind Demetra
Demetra is a young consultancy. The engineering experience behind it is not.

Internal R&D and product engineering
Enterprise AI automation platform — in development
We use internal product development to test architecture patterns and emerging technology under real engineering constraints. Current work includes an enterprise AI automation platform covering identity, integrations, managed capabilities and audit. Client work is driven by the client’s problem and technology environment; use of Demetra’s internal platform is not required.
Where we work
Demetra is registered in Kraków, Poland, and works with organisations and partners across European markets. Engagements run remote-first, on-site where the work needs it.
